The Naver Connect Foundation has started recruiting participants for the artificial intelligence education camp “1784 School Revolution.”

The “1784 School Revolution” is an educational camp that provides learning about artificial intelligence with interesting stories against the backdrop of Naver 1784, the world’s first robot-friendly building, and through this program, the Naver Connect Foundation plans to actively expand digital education opportunities.

Elementary school students in seven regions, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gyeongnam, can apply for it, and it is free of charge. The program is part of the Korea Science and Creativity Foundation’s SW and AI Education Camp, and the Naver Connect Foundation was selected as an excellent proposal agency for the project in recognition of its differentiated planning power.

The “1784 School Revolution” consists of a total of three programs, ▲ online pre-learning to understand the concept of artificial intelligence ▲ offline camp to solve artificial intelligence ethics problems ▲ self-study.

First, through the process of finding and reasoning the characteristics of artificial intelligence, students were able to learn the concepts and ethics of artificial intelligence, and experiential activities and creative projects were placed everywhere to add to the fun elements of the program. In addition, artificial intelligence services such as Clova dubbing and Clova Voice, which are actually in operation, were used for educational content to enable more vivid artificial intelligence education.

Along with the fruitful program, various support measures have been prepared to encourage students to actively participate. For smooth online learning, students’ learning status will be checked periodically through online learning tutor, and participants will be supported with ▲ artificial intelligence education textbooks ▲ physical robots ▲ Edwith, and WeilBooks for the use of educational platforms such as entry.
